hello! I’m Kat…

I was introduced to the world of yoga at an early age by my grandmother, whose shelves were adorned with various yoga and philosophy books that piqued my curiosity. Though I always had a passion for movement and dabbled in yoga throughout my life, it wasn't until later that I established a consistent practice, particularly leaning into Vinyasa yoga.

This practice became a means to transform my own trauma and reconnect with myself, compelling me to embark on a journey of exploration, expand my knowledge, and ultimately share the transformative benefits with others

I am a mother to three wonderful boys and we live in rural west Auckland near Bethells beach. They teach me a lot about self acceptance and self-expression and are a huge motivation to always honour this part of myself. I’m also a photographer and grow understanding and passion for cohabitation with plants through another wonderful project.

From a young age, I've embraced and explored what some may call the 'woo-woo' aspects of life. While it felt natural to me, and a common thread within my family's lineage, it wasn't always met with acceptance by others. There was a period in my life where I attempted to suppress anything considered 'otherworldly' or 'abnormal.'

However, over the last 5 years, I've welcomed this intrinsic part of myself back into the open, with a newfound sense of curiosity, respect, and wonder. My most profound and passionate mission is to share this journey with others—not as someone who merely provides answers, but as a guide who imparts practical techniques and grounded methods for individuals to embark on their own path of self-healing through intuition.

What truly fuels me is the desire to facilitate people coming home to themselves and reconnecting with their own intuition.
